The Specialized Utilities Service Program (SUSP) is hiring an Administrative Assistant/Clerk of the Board to provide administrative support for the Jacumba Community Service District (JCSD). The role includes managing monthly customer billing, bookkeeping, record-keeping, office tasks, and customer service, as well as assisting with Board meeting preparations and minute-taking.

Key duties include preparing and sending out monthly bills, managing customer accounts and complaints, maintaining office supplies, updating employee and customer files, and attending Board meetings. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with office software.

Hours: Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM (up to 25 hours/week)
Pay: $18-$20 per hour (based on experience)
